EEG VR Stress Simulation is an immersive virtual reality experience designed to study how the human body reacts under pressure.
Step onto a virtual stage, face a crowded hall, and deliver a speech in front of a realistic audience. Once your speech ends, the crowd begins asking topic-related questions, creating a challenging public-speaking environment that tests confidence, focus, and stress response.
Built as part of an EEG sensor hardware project, this simulation is designed to help analyze how stressful situations affect the brain and body. By combining VR interaction with EEG-based monitoring, the project explores changes in mental state, emotional pressure, and physiological response during social performance scenarios.
Whether used for research, training, or experimentation, EEG VR Stress Simulation creates a controlled yet realistic environment for understanding stress, anxiety, and human performance in front of an audience.
